"God has willed that we should seek and find His living Word in the witness of a brother, in the mouth of man. Therefore, the Christian needs another Christian who speaks God's Word to him. He needs him again and again when he becomes uncertain and discouraged, for by himself he cannot help himself without belying the truth. He needs his brother man as a bearer and proclaimer of the divine word of salvation. He needs his brother solely because of Jesus Christ. The Christ in his own heart is weaker than the Christ in the word of his brother; his own heart is uncertain, his brother's is sure."

 ~ Bonhoeffer

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him;
God is a refuge for us.

   Psalm 62:8

Bryan Lair

Bryan is a pastor at Trinity City Church (TCC). TCC is a new church in the MacGrove neighborhood of Saint Paul within walking distance of the University of Saint Thomas and Macalester College. One affirmation of TCC is that in Christ we are stewards who are called to integrate our faith with our work. While starting Trinity, Bryan worked as a bi-vocational pastor. You can follow him on Twitter @bryanjlair.

Dayton Daberkow

Dayton is a non-vocational Overseer at Trinity City Church in Saint Paul and works in food ingredient sales for CHS in Inver Grove Heights. He’s married to the best woman around and father to twins: Elliot & Ruby. He’s from the country, and he likes it that way. Twitter: @ddkow

Bart Carey

I am an elder at Hope Community Church. Husband of 1 wife, Father of 2 boys. I love woodworking, house projects, puzzles, cooking and spending time with family and friends. I have worked for over 20 years in the medical device industry and currently work at CVRx a medical device start-up in Brooklyn Park. I have wrestled with how to connect the Gospel to my work in as many ways as possible, and I look forward to discussing that with the men at this conference.

Jared Daugherty

His passion for for horticulture and healing led to planting trees and shrubs after many years in the medical field as a profession to the call to planting Revolution Church in 2013 in Minneapolis. Spreading the name and fame of Jesus by sowing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all as the one who saves, sanctifies, and satisfies.

Steve Treichler

Steve is the Senior Pastor of Hope Community Church. He started Hope in 1996 and has led it ever since. Before planting Hope, Steve had also been on staff with the Navigators and a Jr. High Math teacher. He and his wife Carole have three sons. The Treichler’s enjoy fishing, camping, bowling, Trout Lake Camp, reading, playing games, the Vikings, Twins, the Timberwolves, and hanging out with their friends.
